Ghoul Hound Species Trait and Reference Sheet

I am SO pumped to finally share this! Actually making this thing look somewhat pretty took way more time than it should have. Anyways; ENJOY!

-WHAT ARE GHOUL HOUNDS?-

Ghoul Hounds are dogs which have been possessed by Spirits who wish to remain in the world of the living. Once a Spirit possesses a dog it transforms form being a wispy ghost to a gooey solid. The goo acts as blood for the dog and transports magic around the dogs body to keep it alive and well. Ghoul Hounds can be identified from their stripy paw pads, and the Spirit which can always be seen emerging from the dog’s tail. The Spirit has the ability to ‘see’ into the land of the spirits and dead, this gives Ghoul Hounds the ability to communicate with those who have moved on and other supernatural beings. They make wonderful companions for humans, as they are extremely loyal and can protect their human from evil spirits and ghosts.

-GHOUL HOUND TRAITS-

-COMMON-
-Ears-
-Perky Ears-
Ears which stand up and are triangular shaped, the insides are velvety and can come in many colours.
-Folded Ears-
Floppy ears which do not stand up. They can come in different lengths and can be fluffy or smooth.
-Puff Ears-
Puff ears do not stand up, instead they droop to the sides. Puff fur fills the insides of the ear.

-Eyes-
-Slanted Eyes-
Eyes which are slightly triangular shaped and slant downwards, these eyes tend to give a shy or worried look.
-Round Eyes- 
These eyes are big and chibi like, they give a look of innocence. These eyes tend not to have heavy eyelashes.
-Angular Eyes-
Sharp and pointy shapes eyes, these give a devilish look and suit heavy eyelashes. They are more common on female Ghoul Hounds.

-Tails-
-Goo Tail-
A tail made entirely out of spirit goo. They are flexible and stretchy and can come in many sizes. Small objects such as glitter or bubbles can be seen inside them sometimes. 
-Fur Tail-
A standard dog tail with a small spirit wrapped around it. These tails are fuzzy and can come in all different shapes and sizes.
-Item Tail-
These tails are made up of items and non-living objects such as food or tools. Ghoul Hounds who are fond of certain foods or activities will often have an item tail.

-UNCOMMON-

-Horns-
Some Ghoul hounds have the ability to grow horns. Horns can vary from stag-like horns to unicorn horns.

-Half Goo Body-
Sometimes, if a spirit cannot find a whole dog body to posses, they will substitute the missing half with their own spirit goo to add the needed limbs and other body parts. Only a powerful spirit will be able to do this. Small objects such as glitter or bubbles can be seen in the goo.

-Floral Tail-
A tail made up out of a living flower or other plant. The tails are alive and can grow fruits or produce fragrances depending on the plant growing. 

-Other Animal Parts-
Occasionally, a spirit will add extra animal limbs to the dog it posses that come from a different animal, for example bird wings or fishes tail. These extra parts can be controlled by the spirit. 

-Extra Long Fur-
It is uncommon for extra long fur to grow on a Ghoul Hounds body, this fur can be on any part of the body and can be styled like hair. 

-RARE-

-Full Goo Body-
Very rarely, a spirit will be able to bond with just a dog head. This means the rest of the Ghoul Hound’s body will be made out of spirit goo. The body is extremely flexible and can even separate from itself or act like a gooey liquid. 

-Smokey Spirit-
If something goes wrong when a spirit possesses a dog, it can sometimes end up with the spirit remaining in it’s smokey/wispy form like it was before it became a Ghoul Hound. These Ghoul Hounds are considered bad luck and are often avoided.

-Event Theme-
For each event or holiday, there will be a Ghoul Dog guardian who watches over it. These are extremely rare Ghoul Hounds who often come with exclusive features or powers. They are renowned for being extremely strong and are treated like gods by other Ghoul Hounds.

-ILLEGAL/UBER RARE-
[These traits will not be accessible and will only be available for the closest of friends]

-Multiple Spirits-
Some say it is possible for more than one spirit to posses a dogs body. This leads to two spirit tails on a Ghoul Hound and the spirit goo will be at least two colours.

-Non-Dog Ghoul Hounds-
Even rarer are the Ghoul Hounds which don’t even have a dog’s body, this occurs when a spirit possesses another animal instead of a dog.

Ghoul Hound Ownership Rules + TOS- Ghoul Hound Terms and Contidions -
By buying or becoming an official owner of a Ghoul Hound you will automatically be agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions, so please read through and familiarise yourself with them. By breaking the following Terms and Conditions your privileges as a Ghoul Hound owner may be revoked, including but not limited to: Being prohibited from owning more than a set number of Ghoul Hounds, being completely blacklisted from the Ghoul Hound species, or having your Ghoul Hound being repossessed with or without a refund. 
-Acknowledgement that the Ghoul Hound species is a closed species belonging solely to Elix-e
You may not create your own Ghoul Hound without explicit written permission of Elix-e . You may not copy, trace or otherwise steal Ghoul Hound designs for your own use or for personal gain. 
-By bidding in auctions or claiming adoptables you are agreeing to the rules provided in the description of the deviation

-HOW TO OBTAIN A GHOUL HOUND-
-Adoptables-
These are pre-made designs which will be available for purchase for either a set price or they will be put up for auction.

-‘Make Your Own’ Slots-
You can either win or buy [when they are open] a ‘Make Your Own’/MYO Slot. This means that you have permission to make one Ghoul Hound for yourself. The traits you can use will vary depending on the MYO slot you get! 

-Customs-
This is where I will personally design you a Ghoul Hound based on your own ideas and themes. You have complete control over what the Ghoul Hound will look like. Customs will be limited and will only be available in return for trades or you can purchase a custom slot when they open.

-Events-
Every so often there will be events where you can get a Ghoul Hound for free! These can vary from raffles to ‘Draw to Adopt’ competitions.There won’t be many, so make sure to participate in them when they are open!
